Tom Ford Bronze Age

This is my answer to the horrid ‘Terra’ (which I gifted to my little sister). Tom Ford’s new Bronze Age Bronzer has more of an orange cast to it (vs. Terra’s red cast) so it works perfectly for my yellow-undertoned skin.

The swatch is nearly undetectable, but it definitely warms up my skin beautifully. Love that it’s matte and is the perfect complement to my ever favorite Gold Dust. I tried to use it all over and I looked like a pumpkin, so instead I used it like an actual ‘bronzer’ and and warmed up the shadows and perimeters of my face.

Forgive the heat breakout. Now the weather wants to cool down after disrespecting my skin with humidity. SMH.

Foundation is Burberry Cashmere in Almond, set with Bronze Age around the perimeter and under cheekbones, and Innissfree No Sebum Loose Powder through the center. No Blush. No highlighter. No kidding. Eyes are Viseart Minx 02 (swatches coming) using just the matte shades. Lips are Marc Jacobs lipstick in Jadore (I want to marry this lipstick! OMG), and Smith & Cult Lip Gloss in Flesh Riot.

Come on with the swatches on Minx, love! I’m considering Cashmere, too. I wish Minx was slightly less warm/orange. It’s almost the perfect little travel palette.

  2. They’re coming Linda! I have the other two coming in the mail and was going to wait a few days so I can swatch them all together.
